This is the house that Peter built Traditional Geocache

This is my sixth hide. The "house" that Peter built was just an empty field six months ago. Now it is a busy industrial compound. I enjoyed watching the construction proceed, as I passed by this area nearly every day I worked.

There is no parking close to the cache site, as you will find out when you get to the hide.  I have included a waypoint for the very closest parking spot. If it is already taken, not to worry- there is plenty of nearby parking. The parking spot is .11 miles (~570 ft.) from the hide. Please be careful crossing the street.

Stealth may or may not be necessary. I placed the hide at 9:15am on a Saturday without any suspicious eyes following me. Weekends require far less stealth than busy weekdays during business hours. Cache is obtainable from the public sidewalk- no need to tread on the business property.

Container is small, but can only hold the smallest of swag. Small geocoins would fit. First items placed in the container: a lil firefighter dude, a lil froggy dude, and of course, a bottlecap. Please BYOP.
