I'm hoping to make this cache the first in an "East Bay Brewery Series" in order to combine my love of geocaching with my love of drinking beer! The brewery near this cache has occupied this site since 1989. The building it inhabits was originally constructed in 1946 as a Dodge Motor Car assembly plant, and it subsequently served as a manufacturing site for big rig trucks and Caterpillar tractors. Now it is a great place to spend a sunny afternoon with a beer, if one is so inclined! The cache location is visible from the nearby seating area, and it is in a public parking lot, so not necessary to enter any buildings or private places. The cache itself is fairly small, so bring a pen to sign the log. CONGRATS to TeamOrput and calisearcher54 for co-FTF!
