[ENG] This cache is located in ‘Ribeira Grande’. It can be found walking through the ‘Levada da Rocha Vermelha’ or via the ‘Levada das 25 Fontes’, Rabaçal.

Esta cache está situada na margem esquerda da Ribeira Grande, um dos afluentes da Ribeira da Janela. Pode ser encontrada através dos seguintes percursos:
(1) Levada da Rocha Vermelha [Informações sobre o precurso neste link]
(2) Levada das 25 Fontes, utilizando uma vereda (ver waypoint) que desce até à Levada da Rocha Vermelha [Informações sobre o precurso neste link.]
A cache:
Quando a Levada da Rocha Vermelha se cruzar com a Ribeira Grande, e se a corrente de água o permitir, suba pelo leito da ribeira até à pequena lagoa verde, que se encontra a menos de 50 metros de distância. Desfrute um pouco da lagoa, da natureza circundante, tire algumas fotos e dê um descanso aos seus pés da longa caminhada! E por que não dar um mergulho?
A cache está escondida no patamar superior, sob as árvores que se encontram na margem esquerda da ribeira (à direita, para quem está de frente para a lagoa).
Junto à lagoa suba o pequeno trilho que se encontra na margem esquerda para chegar ao GZ – procure o spolier “vista a partir da cache”.
Se não for possível subir pelo leito da ribeira, devido à corrente de água, utilize a ponte de ferro para atravessar para a margem esquerda da ribeira e continue a percorrer a levada (ca. 15 metros) até encontrar uma vereda à sua esquerda, suba por aí até ao GZ. Esta vereda pode leva-lo de volta à Levada das 25 Fontes, no entanto o trilho encontra-se em muito mau estado devido a uma derrocada que eliminou uma parte significativa da vereda. Evite utilizá-la, é perigosa!

This cache is located on the left riverside of ‘Ribeira Grande’, an affluent of the ‘Ribeira da Janela’. It can be found via the following levada walking routes:

(2) Levada das 25 Fontes, via the indicated waypoint which takes you down to the ‘Levada da Rocha Vermelha’ [information about this route is available here.]
The cache:
You will be close to the cache when the ‘Levada da Rocha Vermelha’ intersect the ‘Ribeira Grande’. At this point if you are able to cross the river stream in security you can follow up the riverbed for about 50 meters until you arrive to a small green lagoon. Enjoy the lagoon and the surrounding nature, take some pictures and relax your feet from the long walking! And why not taking a swim?
The cache is hidden in the upper level, under the trees that are on the left side of the river (right side if you are facing the lagoon).
Near the lagoon climb the small trail that is on the left margin of the river to go up to the GZ - look for the spoiler "view from the cache".
If you cannot walk through the riverbed because of the stream, you can use the iron bridge to cross to the left side of the river where you must continue walking along the levada (ca. 15 meters) until you find on your left a path that will take you up until GZ. This trail can take you back to the ‘Levada das 25 Fontes’, however it is in very bad conditions due a landslide that destroyed a significant part of the path. Avoid using it because it is very dangerous!
