A cache placed near to venue of the UK Mega 2013 Cats and Dogs event to serve as a reminder of UK's 6th Annual Travelling Mega Event coming to the West Midlands in 2013.
In 2011, following a successful bid, the annual travelling UK Mega event for 2013 was awarded to the West Midlands. A total of 13 side events were organised as well as the main event itself at the Heritage Motor Centre on 3rd August.
One of these side events saw 100 people book to visit the National Guide Dog Breeding Centre for a fully guided tour, led by one of Castleferrets.
This cache has been placed for attendees of the Mega event to enjoy and to serve as a reminder of the event and venue to all future cachers.
The centre is open for visitors during the week and pays an important role in changing the lives of blind or partially sighted people.
Please do not park on the main road to retrieve this cache - there is plenty of space to park on the side road and the main road is very fast...
