Follow the trail from the North Mesa Play Lot. At the end there is a great view, and with a bit of scrambling you will be there. The cache container is a plastic ammo can.
Be carefull of the scramble down with young kids, may not be appropriate for the very young. Be sure to bring water.
After the first level down from the mesa top there is a faint trail on the North side leading down to the next level.
