Pieni, mutta kaunis, Saunaniemen ranta on hiljainen hiekkaranta. Näkymät avautuvat Störsvikiin päin ja matkalla kätkölle ajetaan pohjoismaitten suurimman golfalueen, Pickala Golf:n ohi. Varpaita hivelöivästä hiekasta huolimatta uimista emme voi suositella, läheisten veneiden ja levän takia.
Reippailusta innostuneille suosittelemme tutustumaan lähialueella sijaitsevaan Sandfjärdeniin, jonne suuntaa polku puhdistamolta (Seuraa kylttiä). Kenties lisäämme kätkön sinnekin lähitulevaisuudessa jatkamaan Seaside-sarjaamme!

Small, but beautiful, Saunaniemi is a quiet beach. The beach opens the view at the Störsvik and on the way to the cache you drive by the largest golf courses in Scandinavia, the Pickala Golf. Despite of the feet coddling sand, we do not recommend swimming because of the boats and seaweed.
For the outdoor enthusiats we can recommend to check out Sandfjärden, where leads of track from the water purifaction (Follow the "Puhdistamo"-sign). We might hide a cache there as an addition to our Seaside-series!
Be careful when you take the cache and put it back to it's place!
