There are two 'groups' of caches in the series that can be done from the Parking Waypoint:
1. GC4F7Z0, GC4F831, GC4F7YE, GC4E3XA
NB: After doing GC4E3XA, return via GC4F7YE to the Parking Waypoint
2. GC4FMRD, GC4FMQN, GC4FMRC, GC4F7ZF, GC4EA0N
NB: It is best to do this group in the listed order and retrace your steps back to the Parking Waypoint ... you are NOT advised to take a direct route between GC4E3XA and the Parking Waypoint (CO has done this, but not in tick season).
There are also some other accessible caches in this area.
The Gnome Hunters
This series pays tribute to cachers who have completed the Serpentine Gnomes series and celebrates some of the great logs written by said Gnome Hunters.
OOH YEAH
OOH YEAH on Serpentine Gnomes 6: "OMG walking from number 5 to this one was HORRENDOUS. If there was a hard way we must of taken it. We spent a lot of the time crawling on our hands and knees or sliding down on our backsides as we didnt want to fall down the rocks. I am totally stuffed after doing this one and now we have to get back up the top to find the guardian gnome. ".
Hehe, it gets easier after you've done it a couple of times. Or maybe all the Gnome Hunters passing through the area have blazed a trail ... it seemed easier than I remembered when I went through here on a maintenance run recently.
The Cache
Nice little climb to get here whether from above or below.
You're looking for a mint tin in the obvious place.
