Everything is bigger in Texas they say, and that's where I figure this bullet must have come from. The border is less than a mile away, and I suppose some kid over on the other side of the line was plinking with his .22, and one of the rounds must have ricocheted and struck this tree.
Cache isn't hard to find, just look for the downed tree that was felled by this wayward Texas .22!
