A GeoCaching flag will be raised to indicate the start of the event. The location is on the banks of the River Thames on Chertsey Meads. There is a small Beach which all your K9's can swim from (bring along spare balls in case they get lost in the river or grass).
Chertsey Meads is quite a large expanse of flood meadows with more on the opposite banks of the river.
There is parking at two areas. Parking 1 is the closest to the event, Parking 2 there is a walk to the event location, it also has a children's play area
There is another meadow (Dumsey Meadow) managed as nature reserve with public access on the opposite bank of the river. There is a car park for Dumsey Meadow on the B375, about 1/4 mile (0.5km) past Chertsey Bridge
There will be an un-activated FTF Geocoin. A randomly selected attendee will receive this.
