Geocache Description:

What is Mega RIga 2013 event without MEGA CITO or trash-out? 
Difficulty is at least 2.5* because of Sunday
..and of course the prize - one year free Premium membership

In despite of Riga is nice and spruced city we found the place which we can improve more with our CITO event! We are not going to burden you with heavy workload or reconstruction works, but you can give your input to help us by improving Riga's suburb image.
What you need to do ?
Firstly - to join us at 12 o’clock, the planned time is not more than 2 (two) hours.
Secondly – to put some effort to get your/ours satisfaction
Finally – to log your activity and get one more icon for your avocation.

.... and here is bonus for participants - at the end of CITO there will the lottery where one lucky guy (he or she) will win one year Geocaching Premium membership for free , hmm ..... sounds interesting

How to get there by public transport:
Bus N# 40; 42; 44; 46 - direction to "Ziepniekalna D/P" (end station)
