Today I really wanted to check the cache and Change a new logbook. But meanwhile the tourist boom has increased enormously, so no geocache makes sense here. Therefore, I will archive this cache.

Geocache Description:

High on Seljalandsfoss Cache

About this Cache:
The cache is on top of the waterfall on a green land.
On a meadow between lava stones are the foundations in old huts
West direction you has a wonderful view over the landscape
South direction it has an incredible view to Heimaey and Vestmannaeyjar

The Cache:
Enjoy the nice area and go up to the green land with lava formation.
At the coordinates you will find a little plastic box - this is the cache.
Please - do not try to take the shortest way from the waterfall to the cache.
The cache is not accessed directly from the waterfall
Please look for a way or trail or from the top.

In rain and snow please make a fotolog - so that the logbook remains dry.
