Flash Mob - followed by quick Meet and Greet and TB Swap
Arrive before 8:00am - but do not gather until then
A flash mob happens when a lot of people gather together all at once, in an unexpected way from the point of view of others in the area. A Cache Mob happens when a group of Geocachers get together - you never know what will happen next.
The Event Schedule will be:
8:00am - Make a big circle and re-anact the flag placement of Iwo Jima
8:05am - Continue with Meet & Greet at parking coordinates - exchange TBs and tales
8:10am - Sign log and take picture
8:15am - Flash Mob over - disperse
Cache Mobs are a quick-moving event with little time for socializing, but anyone who wants to stay on afterwards and enjoy the morning walking around the Arlington Cemetery while chatting with your fellow geocachers are welcome to do so! We look forward to seeing all of our geocaching friends and meeting those of you whom we've not had the pleasure of meeting yet out on the trails!
