Geocache Description:

Just don't bark up the wrong tree...

In a Pirouette cookie can(since changed to a lock-n-lock). Contains some cool plans for how to make a folding kayak, a thermometer, staple remover, foosball, spider, disk with a funny picture. April 30, 2004 -- contents now include several Costa Rican coins, a three pack of new golf balls, a package of baseball cards, a star wars trading card and assorted toys. I left the original log book, and the replacement book has lots of room for cachers to use, so I did not replace anything. As long as possible I will leave the original container. I did mark the container as a geocache since that had not been done. It is now marked up to current standards. August 1, 2005 -- I will leave the container as is for as long as I can. This is the original container and so I would like to have it in place. Yes, it is a bit rusty and can be hard to open, but the history of the cache remains. It would not be the same cache with an ammo box here. April 14, 2006 -- I replaced the container today with a lock-n-lock. The original container lasted just over five years in pretty good shape, but it was getting harder to open. I had to use my LeatherMan today to get it open so it was time to replace it. Pictures will be posted with the log.
