Das Gebäudeensemble der ehemaligen Triumph-Adler-Werke an der Fürther Straße 212 ist ein klassischer Wirtschaftswunder-Bau aus dem Jahr 1956.
Das prägnante Bauwerk im Nürnberger Westen wurde im Jahr 2000 um einen modernen Anbau im Innenhof zum Karree erweitert.
Die Verbindung von historischem Bestand und der klaren Formensprache der Jahrtausendwende geben INNOVUM 212 seinen besonderen Charakter.
Das Büro- und Dienstleistungs-Quartier INNOVUM 212 umfasst etwa 25.000 m2 Mietflächen auf einem Gesamtareal von etwa 100.000 m2.
Allerdings befindet sich auf dem ganzen Gelände bisher kein Geocache! Das muss geändert werden. Hier ist er!

The ensemble of buildings on the Fürther Straße 212, formerly the Triumph-Adler factories, is a typical ‘Economic Miracle’ building complex from 1956. In 2000, the compact structure in the west of Nuremberg was expanded with a modern extension in the inner courtyard to form a quadrangle.
The combination of the original historic structure and the clear-cut 21st-century design idiom give INNOVUM 212 its special character.
The office and commercial quarter INNOVUM 212 comprises around 25,000 m2 of rental space on grounds of approx. 100,000 m2.
But actually no cache in the whole complex! This must be changed - here it is!
