Accessible by small boat, canoe or kayak. (I wouldn't swim here due to water quality and slippery rocks.) This cache can not be reached from the structure above. Please bring a pen to sign the log.
(The spoiler hint can be decoded on the website and smartphones, but can't be read on many GPSr units.)

In the winter the harbour occasionally freezes over making access to the cache location possible, but I would never risk it. The Toronto Police often use the thin ice conditions for training there rescue teams in the winter.
The Gazebo is a long-standing feature of the Humber Bay Promenade Park where it meets the Mimico Linear Park. The structure is cantilevered over the water, which makes this cache only accessible from a boat.
Access to the harbour can be gained from Lake Ontario. There is a nearby boat launch within Humber Bay Park West, and you could launch a canoe or kayak from Humber Bay Promenade Park or Mimico Linear Park to reach this location.
(Hint: The Gazebo was moved in 2012 and is not in the position shown on Google Earth.)
