Geocache Description:

This is part of a series of caches around Reading Golf Course. It was planned to bring cachers closer to the spectacular and sometimes fairy tale like views of the course.

The course at Reading Golf Club is a great test for golfers of all levels, making splendid use of the undulating wooded terrain of the Chiltern Hills. The trees and bunkers on the course, combined with the undulating ground, place a premium on accurate driving.
The course was redesigned in 1996 where various changes were made to the course, including the honour of having the biggest
combination 18th and practice putting green in Southern Africa.  A bowling club with 3 greens also reside inside the grounds. Reading Country Estate entrance will also be visited while doing the caches.    Please stay away from the electric fence around the course. None of the caches are close to the electric fence.  Enjoy the view of this golf course from various angles while doing this series

This well hidden, tiny cache is placed at the far end or western side of the course in a quiet boomed area. Be careful as the cache is very close to another security check point. I heard that the security guard is on very long leave and should not bother you because he is not back yet. You will be operating fairly close to the electric fence. Please take utmost care and don't go within touching distance of the fence.  The road through these security gates leads to a privately owned farm but it is fine to go there because there are stables that are being used by horse owners in town and if you are confronted here, simply state that you are visiting the stables. As a matter of fact, there is anther cache from another owner hidden closer to the stables on the very same road.  BYOP
FTF Honour goes to Manfredt - Well done!
