Come join us for a fun afternoon and evening.
Meet fellow cachers, share experiences, games, hunt some event caches, hunt some of the many nearby caches, elect the 2012-2013 Steering Committee members, and eat a lot of great food!
There is plenty of room in the shelter and electricity is available. Near the shelter there is a basketball court and horseshoes.
TENTATIVE SCHEDULE
2:00PM to 4:00PM: Networking and Games
4:00: Announcements, prizes, and voting for the 2012 – 2013 Steering Committee Members
6:00: Pot Luck dinner. Everyone bring food to share.
8:00: Clean up
