Can you please indicate in your log how many will be attending and whether you would like food so I can give some indication of numbers.
If you arrive early there are a number of local caches nearby. I would of course recommend Wootton Wander, but this is a multi and could take up to an hour. For something a little different, slightly further afield, you might like to try A Puzzling Purpose if you have not found it already.
I also intend to put out a new local cache in time for the event.
