Welcome to the 45th Kent County Cachers Meeting. The June meeting will be held on Saturday 8th June at The Hare pub, Langton Road, Langton Green, Tunbridge Wells, TN3 0JA.
We will be there from 12-3pm. Food is available in the bar and dogs and children are welcome. If the weather is good we will sit outside on the green.
Parking is available outside the pub and next to the green. Additional parking can be found at the recreation ground further down Speldhurst Road at the start of our new loop which should be published on the morning of the meeting.
Coordinates to this car park are N51 08.081 E000 12.345 and it will be approx a 5min walk to the pub. If you are going to do the walk before the meeting leave plenty of time (approx. 3-4 hrs) as the loop will be 4.5 miles long and will include some challenging hides!
There are also quite a few local church micros that you may want to do before or after the meeting in the nearby villages of Langton Green, Speldhurst, Groombridge, Bidborough and Penshurst for those of you who prefer to cache and dash.
This is a perfect opportunity to meet fellow cachers, exchange ideas, solve puzzles, compare caching injuries and have a good old catch up. Although we say "Kent" cachers, anyone can come and join in the fun, it is always a pleasure to welcome "out of area" cachers. We especially welcome those who are new to Geocaching who can pick-up a few hints & tips from the old pro's who are always very happy to help :)
