This is a nice afternoon forest hike over hilly terrain. Allow 3
hours to complete this cache and return to your car. Follow trails
wherever possible; they can be wet in the Spring. Be sure to take
drinking water. A camera would be nice to have along as there is
some great scenery to be seen.
Take the Perth Road to McAndrews Road and turn westerly. Follow
McAndrews Road until you reach Waypoint 1 which is at N44 37.029
W076 25.239 (6.5 m EPE).
There is a white trail sign with black lettering at Waypoint 1 On
the back of the sign are the minute portions of the coordinates of
Waypoint 2. (All degree portions of the waypoint coordinates are
N44 and W076 .)
NOTE: As of 1 Nov 2003 there is also a red redirect tag near the
posted coordinates.
Waypoint 2 is just before a beaver dam. There is a small 2 inch
diameter tree with a copper tag showing the coordinates for
Waypoint 3.
Waypoint 3 is a tall wooden item which has a 3 digit number on it.
Multiply this number by 100 and place a decimal point between the
2nd and 3rd digits from the left to form a number of the format
XX.XXX. Add the result to N22.968 and to W11.031 to get the minute
portions of the coordinates for Waypoint 4.

100 and place a decimal point after the first digit from the left
to form a number with format X.XXX. Add the result to N30.177 and
to W18.315 to get the minute portions of the coordinates for
Waypoint 5.
Waypoint 5 is a sign. Find a number on it with the digital root
equal to 4. Multiply this number by 10 and place a decimal point
after the second digit from the left of the result to form a number
with format XX.XXX. Add the result to N18.125 and to W05.811 to get
the minute portions of the coordinates for Waypoint 6.
The cache is at Waypoint 6. It is in a lock-n-lock container

To obtain the digital root simply add the digits of the number
together. If the result has more than 1 digit, repeat the process
starting with the result. Continue this process until the final
number has only one digit which is the digital root of the original
number. Example: the digital root of 8845 is 7.
