Geocache Description:

Cache is not at the posted coordinates. They do provide a nice place to park. Trails can be followed from parking to the cache. Do not walk along the side of Poplar Tree Road. It is a busy, narrow street.

This mapping exercise should not prove too terribly taxing.

Looks like I started down the red blazed transcontinental trail into the park. Not sure what happened next, but it appears I wandered around a bit and eventually found coordinates and a place to hide a geocache. Using the above should lead you to the cache as well. As a bonus, you may spot some additional interesting information. For example, the right-of-way for the unfinished Manassas Gap Railroad Independent Line runs nearby.

Check your solution with certitude or geocheck if so inclined.

Cache is located in Ellanor C Lawrance Park. Park is open dawn to dusk.
Night caching is explicitly prohibited.

Signs of a nearby accident when a Toyota met a tree with unhappy results seem to have mostly been removed. Thanks to some of the cachers who have picked up trash and random car bits along the way. Please stay on the trails and away from the road. Sometimes it's good to have a few trees between you and the street!
