Geocache Description:

Welcome to Clarke Square neighborhood, home of the Mitchell Park Horticultural Conservatory, locally known as “The Domes.” These 85-foot-tall, beehive-shaped glass domes are home to a tropical rain forest,  a desert, and a seasonal showcase featuring everything from miniature train displays to holiday themes throughout the year!

Meet the neighborhood!

Welcome to Mitchell Park – an award-winning Milwaukee County Park. To the EAST, you'll find a fun playground to go check out! To the SOUTH a few blocks, there are several Frank Lloyd Wright System-built homes – six of only 13 in the nation! To the NORTH, explore more of Mitchell Park.


PASSPORT CHALLENGE: If you are completing our passport (download at www.visitmilwaukee.org/geocache), walk to the front of the Domes, read about the human gnomon analemmatic sundial and solve this puzzle!
