The cache is located in the Frye Mountain game management area. 10
miles west of Belfast Turn off main highway (137)onto Frye Mt.
road. .Continue and you will see a tower access road (approx. 2
miles) Past the Red Gate. Since I originally set this cache out ,
the Tower has been removed, The view is blocked by years of over
growth, but this secluded area is still worth the short hike to the
top..
In wintertime and mud season (dec to End of april) this road is
only passable part way.
If attempted in winter or mud season. ( there is a gate a half
mile from access road) I recommend driving and parking at N44
29.216 W 069 12.156 and walking the rest. (1 mile)
