Total Height difference around 250 meters (2150 to 2400).
 One way trip length around 4.5 kilometers

View into Barranco del Río


.... you climb up to Montaña Guajara or Pasajiron coming from the Roques de García. Each time when going up to one of these mountains I use this small plateau with a nice view into the first part of the Barranco del Río for a break before starting the final ascent. On my last visit to Pasajoron I therefore decided to place a cache there and encourage you to stay too for a little while at the place.

ATTENTION:  The cache is on the southeast (Barranco del Río) side of the path and NOT on the northwest (Caldera) side. The nortwest side is 'zona de reserva' and it is strictly forbidden to leave the path there.

Spanish translation
... de subir a la Montaña Guajara o el Pasajiron viniendo de los Roques de García. Cada vez subiendo a una de estas montañas, siempre usando este altiplano pequeño con unas vistas bonitas en la primera parte del  Barranco del Río para una pausa antes de la subida final. Durante mi última visita al Pasajiron por eso decidí poner un cache allí y te convido quedarte también un rato en este lugar.

ATENCIÒN:  El cache se encuentra al lado sudeste (Barranco del Río) del camino y NO al lado noroeste(Caldera). El lado noroeste es 'zona de rserva' y es absolutamente prohibido, salir del camino en este lado.

Mache eine Pause bevor.... Du auf die Montaña Guajara oder den Pasajiron aufsteigst, wenn Du von den Roques de García kommst. Jedes Mal, wenn ich einen der zwei Berge besteige, nutze ich dieses kleine Plateau mit einem schönen Blick auf den ersten Teil des Barranco del Río für eine Pause, bevor ich mich auf den endgültigen Aufstieg mache. Habe mich deshalb bei meinem letzten Besuch des Pasajiron entschlossen, hier einen Cache zu plazieren und Dich zu ermuntern, ein bißchen an dieser Stelle zu verweilen.

ACHTUNG: Der Cache liegt auf der Südostseite (Barranco del Río Seite) des Pfades und NICHT auf der Nordwestseite (Caldera Seite). Die Nordwestseite ist 'zona de reserva' und es ist absolut verboten, den Pfad auf dieser Seite zu verlassen.
