This Multi will require you to hike from the Indian Hollow Trailhead to the Deer Creek camp ground. A Permit is required for any overnight stay in Grand Canyon. You can request a permit here The GRCA has requested that you let them know that you are planning to attempt this cache when you apply for your permit so they can keep track of activity
This Multi is approximately 24 miles round trip.
This Multi WILL take more than one day to complete and could take 3-4 depending on your hiking speed.
Access to the trailhead can be difficult/ not possible from November through April due to muddy, snowy roads.
Be sure to enjoy Deer Creek Falls and Thunder River if you have time.
