Description

A short treasure hunt experience starting from Downton Village... with plenty of nearby paths to explore.

The Hunt

Starting from Downton Village, find these two numbers...

Number A:
The number of arched windows on the front of the Downton Hospital. (For those unfamiliar with the series, this is the local library.)

Number B:
The number of paws in the crest of the local Downton pub. (Some have reported that the pub sign has been removed so you may need to Google the pub sign.)

Then make your way to these co-ordinates:
N 51° 43.B00 W 1° 33.0(2 x A)

Once you find the treasure gateposts, take 6 paces north, 30 paces east and finally 3 paces south to find the stash.

For the less hunting - co-ordinates without counting paces
