Who: All Mega attendees and other cachers
What: Pre-registration pickup, free food and music
When: Friday, July 19th, 5:15 pm - whenever
Where: The Armoury and Officers’ Square, downtown Fredericton
Why: Because cachers like to congregate, chat and eat!
At 5:15 pm: After "Having Phoon in Phredericton" (GC483W2) drop into The Armoury to pick up your pre-registration package and Mega event bracelet. Then, head on over to historical, beautiful Officers’ Square, a gem along the St. John River, for a BBQ Meet & Greet and free “Concert in the Square”.
At 6:00 pm: This complimentary BBQ is a great place to meet, mingle and share stories with other cachers. After supper, settle in to enjoy a free concert of local musical talent, provided by the City of Fredericton. Jacyln Reinhart (rock/pop) will begin entertaining us at 7:30 pm.
Stay as long as you like, enjoying the music and friendships you’ll make. Please bring your own lawn chairs.
