To find the final you have to do some math.
On the sign at the posted cords you will find 7 numbers. Add them all up to get one big number, call that number xx,xxx.
To find the last 3-digits of the North take the number you found above and subtract 69,955 from it.
North = N 42° 01.(xx,xxx - 69,955)
To find the last 3-digits of the West take the number you found above and subtract 70,252 from it.
West = W 088° 00.(xx,xxx - 70,252)
