Low GPS signal might make it hard to find. Depending of the way you'll come from, you may have to cross barbed wires.
Spoiler: The cache is hidden in the ground, under some wood sticks. Look for an enclosure, the one South-West. Go around it, to the opposite side of the nearby path, the cache is slightly buried very close from a stake of the enclosure.
