Geocache Description:

Everyone is welcome to join us for all or part of the day. You do not have to be a member of EMcache to come along and join in.

EMcache is a geocaching group in the East Midlands. We have an online forum you are welcome to join.

This event has two parts. If you cannot make both, then you are welcome to join us for either one of them! Part One- A walk around the airport nature trail A group will be doing the two cache series around the EMA. It has been rumoured that these caches may be removed by the authorities at some point in the future, so now is a good chance to get them before they go!

We will meet at the free carpark outside the aeropark: N52 49.964 W001 20.854 at a time tbc (watch out for announcements) probably after lunchtime. Some will aim to be in the pub for tea at least by 4pm, but other groups may be a bit later.
Since some people like to cache in big groups and others don't, we are going to try a staggered departure. (No-one will be enforcing this, but it would be good to make it work) Please indicate in your Will Attend Logs if you are planning on going on the walk, and what time slot you would like to start in. I will try and keep this list up to date as people log.
11:30 will be a small group of about 6
12:00 a larger group of upto 10: limegrove(2), chramm, ukecan (2), beeston nutter, the_dolans, ratcliffe,
12:30 a big main group with no top limit
13:00 a large group up to 10: nicnrich(2), LucretiaUK, Gem516, Wan(and Pikey), cooper troopers (3)
13:30 a small group of about 6
Before or after these time you are welcome to arrange your own groups...

Part 2- The Event From 4pm we will gather in The Plough Inn in nearby Diseworth: www.theploughdiseworth.com

They have a small function room that we can gather in for geo-chat and tb swaps, but if there are more than 30 of us we may have to spill out.

I have booked the room from 4pm onwards and the landlord will try and get food going from 5pm, so families can come and eat with us and head home at a reasonable time.

We will do EMcache Milestone Awards at 5.30pm so if you have reached a milestone recently leave the date/GC code in your log.

The pub would appreciate some warning of numbers so could you please indicate in your log how many of you will want to eat. There is more info about food and things on the website.
