This impressively large church is located close to the busy Thetford to Diss road and adjacent to the famous Bressingham Gardens and Steam Museum.
It is full of interesting features such as a fine collection of carved bench ends, medieval glass, stocks, a bier and a barrel organ , one of the half dozen or so remaining in East Anglian churches. In the churchyard you can see a memorial to Alan Bloom, horticulturalist and steam enthusiast. I well remember him riding on the footplate of one of his trains.
The cache is placed a few metres away from the churchyard boundary and shouldn't be too difficult to locate.
If anybody would like to expand to this series please do, I would just ask that you could let Sadexploration know first so he can keep track of the Church numbers and names to avoid duplication.
There is also a Church Micro Stats & Information page found via the Bookmark list.
