Geocache Description:




Well ... we've been in WA for a few months now and thought it was about time we said Hi to some of the local cachers, and of course, catch up with the ones we've already met out and about. All are welcome ... young and old. Come along and swap a story or two, or just learn the ropes.

Join us for a day of fun commencing with registration at 10am. Please be there on time to register your attendance so as to not miss out on our FTF draws and other prizes. This will be followed by a BBQ lunch, we will provide Snags & Bread but please bring along a plate if you wish. Any contributions will be very much appreciated.

The event will be held at the Quarry Adventure park in Meadow Springs. The site was once an old quarry, and is now one of Mandurah's largest and most feature-packed parks. It is situated on four hectares and features a terraced limestone amphitheatre, barbeque areas, pathways, viewing platforms, a toddler's playground and an adventure playground. The park has something for people of all ages to enjoy.
