Hele jaar toegankelijke cache, ook goed te doen voor mensen met kleine kinderen of gehandicapten. De laatste meter is echter niet geschikt voor mensen die onvaste ter been zijn. (Deze cache is gestolen...)
Cache accessible throughout the year, can be done by people with small children or disabilities. The last meter however is not do-able for people with unsteady feet. (This cache was robbed...)
Deze cache is gestolen en dus niet meer aanwezig!
De cache is gelegen aan de rand van het Nannewiid, een rekreatieplas annex natuurgebied gelegen tussen Heerenveen en Joure. De cache is het hele jaar door bereikbaar en de route naar de cache is goed begaanbaar, ook voor kleine kinderen, mensen die wat slechter ter been zijn of met een buggy. Voor diegenen die de 1,7km vanaf de parkeerplaats naar de cache niet kunnen lopen, is er een "achterdeur" op 400m afstand vanaf een (doodlopende) weg. Honden zijn toegestaan.
Parkeer de auto op N52 57.071 E5 51.689. Hierna is het nog 1,7km lopen naar de cache over een semi-verhard schelpenpad. Of neem (alleen bedoeld voor mindervaliden en mensen met kleine kinderen!) de "achterdeur" door de auto op N52 56.498 E5 51.168 te parkeren en 400m te lopen via een verhard fietspad, je mist dan wel de aardige omgeving van het Nannewiid.
Op N52 56.676 E 5 50.965 vindt je de cache, een welbekende legergroene metalen munitiedoos met de volgende inhoud:
- een A4 pagina met uitleg over de cache (stash note, om te laten liggen)
- logboek met bijbehorend potlood (om te laten liggen)
- een CD-R met algemene GPS documenten, webpagina's over GPS techniek en GPS software
- een audio CD "Slaap kindje slaap", met kindermuziek
- een audio CD "the ultimate DANCE CLASSIX megamix party", met 72 dance hits
- een electronische calculator/calender met werelddtijd en alarmfunctie
- een metalen Parker pen in geschenkdoos
- een set viltstiften
- twee HappyMeal speeltjes
- een chinees spelletje
De meeste dingen zitten in hersluitbare plastic zakjes, hergebruik deze a.u.b. in deze cache.
P.S. de cache ligt langs de route van Lange-afstands Fietsroute LF20a, de Flevo route.
This cache was stolen and is no longer present!
The cache is located on the boundary of the Nannewiid, a recreational lake and nature reserve between Heerenveen and Joure. The cache can be accessed at any time of the year and the route to the cache can be traveled well, even for small children, people with disabilities or with a trolley. For people who can't walk the 1,7km from the parking spot to the cache, there is a "backdoor" at 400m from a dead-end street. Dogs are allowed.
Park the car at N52 57.071 E5 51.689. Now you are 1,7km from the cache, accessible via a semi-hardened path covered with broken seashells. Or take (Intended for disabled people and people with little children only!) the "backdoor" by parking the car at N52 56.498 E5 51.168 and walking 400m on a hardened bicycle path, but you will miss the nice surroundings of the Nannewiid this way.
You will find the cache at N52 56.676 E 5 50.965, a well known green ammo-box containing:
- a stash note in dutch (not to take with you)
- a logbook with accompanying pencil (not to take with you)
- A CD-R with GPS related documents, webpages about GPS and GPS software
- an audio CD "Slaap kindje slaap", with dutch childrens music
- an audio CD "the ultimate DANCE CLASSIX megamix party", with 72 dance hits
- an electronic calculator/calender with worldtime and alarm
- a metal Parker pen in gift box
- a set of water color pens

- a chinese game
Most items are in resealable plastic bags, please re-use them in this cache.
