This is a puzzle, so the cache is not at the published coordinates. However, the cache is located along the Hackett Track and the publish coordinates are for the car park which has a great swimming spot below the bridge.
For the cache location you need to solve the following Slitherlink. In a Slitherlink Puzzle, you connect horizontally or vertically adjacent dots to form a meandering path that forms a single loop, without crossing itself, or branching. The numbers indicate how many lines surround each cell. Empty cells may be surrounded by any number of lines (from 0 to 3). There is one unique solution, and you should be able to find it without guessing. You may find it helpful to make small x's between dots that cannot be connected.
There is a trick to solving slitherlinks. I have included a small easy practice puzzle (plus the solution). If it's your first time I suggest you start with this.
You can also earn a hint for this puzzle by solving "Slitherlink 1" and "Slitherlink 2"
When you are ready for the real thing see the puzzle below. There are 7 letters added to the puzzle A-G. Each of these letters is equal to the number of lines surrounding it (from 0 to 3).

Update 22/07/14: The cache container has been replaced and is now bigger than the earlier cache. Coordinates are unchanged. There is now space for trackables but you will still need to bring your own pen. Enjoy
