If you follow the trail in numerical order you will begin your journey at Truleigh Hill. You can park near TT01. From here there is a pleasant descent towards Tottington Manor Hotel and then you are on the flat for the next 4 miles. You will pass through Tottington Wood and follow some nice footpaths and bridleways offering excellent views of the South Downs. There is opportunity to take refreshment in Fulking and then continue up the hill and walk the South Downs Way back to where you parked.
I add a note here to say that since I set the series most people prefer to start at TT31 in order to get the big climb out the way at the beginning! This also means you can finish at the pub :)
Most the caches are close to the path. They are mostly micros (screw-top camoed specimen pots) but there are also some larger caches containing some small swaps and room to place trackables.
