Geocache Description:

A simple Church Micro cache to show you the Beautiful Church of St Peters in Felsham

The Church of St Peter dates back to the 14th and 15th Century, although it was largely restored in the 19th Century, it still has notable features from this period. The exterior of the church is Freestone rubble with flint dressings. There are many carvings in the doorways which appear to be of flowers and crowns. Another notable feature is the Arms of George over the South Doorway. If the church is iopen it is definately worth a visit.
“If anybody would like to expand to this series please do, I would just ask that you could let Sadexploration know first so he can keep track of the Church numbers and names to avoid duplication. There is also a Church Micro Stats & Information page found via the Bookmark list” Please be wary when looking and retrieving this cache and replace as found.
