Geocache Description:


Cleawox Lake is the smaller of the two lakes within Honeyman State Park. It was formed by the damming of the sand dunes found all around the lake and is also saltier than many of Oregon’s coastal lakes. The state park rents out boats, and the water is perfect for swimming in the summer. Strap on a life jacket, rent a canoe, and go exploring! The dunes that rise above the lake make for a sandboarder’s paradise - but make sure to stop before riding into the water.
