Tyee Boat Ramp

The Tyee Boat Ramp is one of many stops along the tranquil Siltcoos River Canoe Trail. This trail stretches three miles - from Siltcoos Lake, Oregon’s largest coastal lake - to the Pacific Ocean. Thick with cattails and willow, canoe paddlers and kayakers love navigating this river. From forests to dunes to the ocean, the trail takes you through many different ecosystems, giving you close encounters with wildlife like swallows and herons. River otters will get you giddy with endorphins. But while we travel through their homes we must also respect our neighbors, so be sure to avoid snowy plover nesting areas from March 15- to September 15.
