Well done to Purewarrior69 and Lemmyemmy - FTF before publication without knowing where it was :)
This is a replacement cache for the original which was here for around 18 months - thought it was time for a new one after it went missing and as it is a completely different container decided to start again with brand new listing.
This is in a much quieter spot, shouldn't prove too much of a challenge and you get an excellent view of the Church from near cache site so looking forward to plenty of photos !
The Tree cover may bounce GPS around so you may need to expand your search a bit but it is on a public footpath and outside Church grounds so you won't need to do anything silly.
While you're here don't be afraid to try my Cache "Half a Fletton" http://coord.info/GC310BP which is only 5 minutes walk away - it's not as tough as you think - just read the listing and clue carefully
St. Nicholas church dates to the eleventh century and possibly earlier. It may have been founded by Archbishop Stigand, who held the manor of Hintlesham prior to the Conquest of 1066. It was Stigand who officiated at the coronation of William the Conqueror, although he was quickly replaced by a Norman Archbishop. St Nicholas was the church used by the Timperleys of Hintlesham, at least until the foundation of the church of England during the reign of Elizabeth I (1558-1603). Within the church are several monuments to the Timperley's of Hintlesham, who resided at Hintlesham Hall from 1454 until 1720. One of the most striking is the monument to Thomas and Nicholas Tymperley and their families. This monument sits on the south side of the chancel within the communion rails and was likely errected sometime between 1612 and 1624.
If anybody would like to expand to this series please do, I would just ask that you could let Sadexploration know first so he can keep track of the Church numbers and names to avoid duplication
