We have all played games were you have to land exactly on a specific number or square to win the game. For this challenge you have to end on exact 100 stars for difficulty and 100 stars for terrain on consecutive caches. These caches do not have to be in the same day, week, or month. They just have to be consecutive finds.
The Rules:
To complete this challenge you must complete the following conditions:
- Find consecutive caches that exactly total 100 stars in difficulty and 100 stars in terrain
Additional Information:
- This cache cannot be used to meet the requirements of this challenge.
- Any posted "Found It" logs that do not meet the requirements of this challenge will be deleted.
- If you have not met the requirements of this challenge, you may visit this cache, sign the log book and post a note on this page. When you have met the requirements of this challenge, you may then post a "Found It" log without having to revisit the cache.
- Proof of completion can be done by running the GSAK macro or creating a bookmark or list.

People have had troubles finding the day so here are steps on how to do it with excel.
Step 1: Run the StarChallenge macro on GSAK to get daily star numbers for terrain and difficulty.
Step 2: Copy and paste (match destination formatting option) the date, difficulty stars, and terrain stars into excel.
Step 3: IMPORTANT--there is a 'weird character' after every numerical value that we need to get rid of. Click on a cell, highlight the space after the number and copy it. Then, highlight the numeric values, and do a search/replace--paste the 'weird character into the find box and don't put anything in the replace box. Replace all gets rid of the 'weird character'.
Step 4: Depending upon how you cache, you need to pick a range of days (a period) to sum that will give you around 100 stars for D or T. For instance pick a 10-day period.
Step 5: Create two columns where one cell is the sum of stars for difficulty and one is the sum of stars for terrain for that ten day period. Step 6: Do a fill down which will go down your spreadsheet taking every possible 10 day period from the beginning of your caching career to the last day you went caching.
Step 7: Create additional columns for other sets of days you want to do (9 days, 11 days, 12 days, etc). I ended up going from 1 day to 52 days--at 52 all my summed values were greater than 100, so I didn't need to go any further.
Step 8: COPY AND PASTE SPECIAL (AS VALUES) THE WHOLE SPREADSHEET. Your are going to start sorting each period which will mess up the summing function if that function is still in all those cells.
Step 9: Sort the whole spreadsheet for one period. Scroll down at look for dates in that period where you have 100 difficulty stars. If it matches up to a 100 in the terrain, then you have a winner. The date specifies the end (or beginning depending on how you set up the spreadsheet) when you started/stopped your 100 star run.
Step 10: If you don't see a 100 or it doesn't match up, then you can ignore that time period. Move onto the next and sort by that time period (ie. repeat step 8).
