You are welcome to sign the logbook at any time and post a note, and convert your log to a "found" once the requirements have been fulfilled. 
It's time to go out and visit some of those caches that are sitting, lonely and unvisited, waiting for a geocacher to come and open them up again.
In order to log this cache as "found", you must find neglected caches, and the total amount of time between your logs and the previous ones must be greater than 15 years (5477 days).
A neglected cache is one that hasn't been found in 180 days, and hasn't been replaced in that time.
For example, if I found a cache on Jan 30, 2013 that had last been found on Apr 10, 2012, the cache was unfound for 295 days. It is a neglected cache, and I would add 295 to my total for meeting this challenge.
Please post your list of caches, find dates, previous find dates, and the number of days they were neglected for in your log, along with your total.
Other details:
- The caches can be anywhere in the world
- Past finds count
- If multiple people found the cache on the same day (even if they were caching together), the first log online is the one that gets the credit.
- If there are no previous logs (i.e. you were FTF), the Published Date is the previous find date. If the Published Date isn't available, use the Date Hidden.
