Geocache Description:

This is the 2nd in a series of 10 caches along the Eastwood County Road corridor... a real life ghost road!

The Eastwood County Road is an unbuilt road proposal stretching from Epping Road at North Ryde to Kissing Point Road at Dundas, via Eastwood. The reservation, wide enough to permit construction of a six-lane highway-standard road, was gazetted in July 1951 as part of the County of Cumberland Planning Scheme but was never constructed.

This section: The reservation from the end of Booth Street crosses Shrimptons Creek and then skirts along the western and northern edges of ELS Hall Park (where the cache is located).

Other information: Please replace cache exactly as it was found to prevent if from being muggled/vandalised. BYO pen.

FTF cache honours: bella at waggy
FTF series honours: sjamp
