A weekend of camping, caching, swimming in the river, cycling, birding, braaiing and having lots and lots of fun ................
Oewerzicht is a working farm just nine kilometers from Greyton.
Arrive on Friday afternoon and spend the weekend with us in this magnificently beautiful area surrounded by the Riviersonderend Mountains.
The campsite is situated right on the banks of the Sonderend River.
There are lots of caches in the area, some easy and some not so easy! Hiking boots are essential.
There are great mountain bike trails to be enjoyed by those who wish to cycle.
Fishing is allowed and there is a childrens' play park for the littlies to enjoy.
Explore Greyton at your leisure and don't forget to visit the Saturday Morning Market and enjoy the ambience of our little village.
There are only 23 campsites available and 4 luxury tents, so please do make your bookings as soon as possible. No cottages are available for this weekend.
Costs: Campsite R200 per night for 4 people (2 extra people allowed at R70 each)
Luxury Tented camp: R500 per night for 2 people.
Bring your own food and liquid refreshments - of course there will be plenty of vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce for dessert!
