I'm Not Bluffing Traditional Geocache

This cache has been archived.

Prime Suspect: Thanks for the 84 favorite points, and thanks to everyone who found this and played the game as you should. But no thanks to the jerks who thought it was easier to just steal someone else's caches, rather than spend $3 and a little time to make your own. You are the reason I'm not replacing this. You are responsible for getting this historic cache archived.

Geocache Description:

This is the oldest continually existing cache (of any type) in Dallas, the oldest existing micro-cache in North America, and the 2nd oldest existing micro-cache in the entire world. This also has the honor of being the very first of Geo Dee's 14,471 finds. It's a drive-to cache, so getting to the site should be pretty easy. This will take you to a place even long-time Dallasites may not be aware existed.

It's a waterproof match container, so it's not intended to hold trade items. You will need to bring your own pen to make a log entry. Note that this is in a residential neighborhood, but the cache is not on private property, so watch where you go. Be sure to take a good look at the view while you're there (though that won't help you find the cache). Even though this is on a dead end street, there is a lot of activity in the area (joggers, walkers, etc.), so make sure no one's around when you remove or replace the cache.
