This is our first Cache!
We recently discovered GeoCaching since moving to Portland. Thank you all who participate.

We are fortunate to live close to the Marquam Park. We enjoy the trails and hope you will as well. Follow the trail then use the coordinates. We hope you enjoy the Cache and the area.
We are fortunate to live close to the Marquam Park. Marquam Nature Park is over 176 acres of undeveloped land and over 5 miles of hiking trails. It is the third largest park in Portland and only minutes from downtown. There is excellent hiking and running opportunities, an escape from city life, forested scenic views and native habitats that help to enhance the region's air and water quality. Marquam Trail, an important 7.0 mile link in the 40-Mile Loop trail system, runs through the park and provides a connection to other trails and natural areas throughout the metropolitan area.
We enjoy the trails and hope you will as well. Start on the trail then use the coordinates. This is slightly off the trail but along an animal path. You are looking for an official Geocache small container. We hope you enjoy the Cache and the area.
