Now that the picnic is over, we have placed a permanant Geocache nearby the picnic location.
Those who attended the picnic and did not take part in placing this cache can log this one twice. Have fun.

This picnic is for all the geocacher's in the Kansas City area. Geocacher's from other areas are welcome to attend. Let us know you're coming.
Wsmith will supply the Brats. If you want to bring your own meat, feel free and you can cook it up on one of the grills (charcoal provided by Todd & Tracy) or you can eat the Brats.
Along with the food we will plan on having a few caches hidden in the area for the kids to hunt. You can be a kid at any age if you want to hunt a cache. Mostly this is an opportunity to meet fellow geocacher's and share geocache tales.
We will plan to put together a new cache to be placed in the park after the picnic. If each group will bring something that can be added to the 'KC 2002 Picnic cache', it would be appreciated. Who can furnish the cache container(Ammo box)?
Please post to this page if you plan to attend. Let us know how many are in your group and what you plan to bring to share in the potluck. Oh, and don't forget to bring something to drink.
