Burgers on the Beach Mystery Cache

The cache is not at the posted coordinates!

Last summer, while camping on the coast with my buddy Vern and his family, I was grilling burgers on our little BBQ grill. It was very windy that day and as I was just getting ready to turn the burgers, a sudden gust blew the little grill off it's stand, dumping all the burgers in the sand! I quickly grabbed the burgers, brushed the sand off, and nobody was the wiser! In the sand near where the burgers landed, I found these pieces of paper with an unintelligible bunch of letters on it. I must have put them in the BBQ tool pouch that day and forgot them. While going through the camping gear I came across them again and thought I could use them to hide this cache!
