Geocache Description:

a time for a midnight stroll.  Another night cache for you night peole to go after.  Yes, it's in code again! ...and you may need a special tool to get the cache. You won't be able to just grab it, but that's just one more part to the mystery here-what can you make work?

Take a midnight stroll, but not in snow.  Find those little lights to follow, and figure out the coordinates.  Just to help,you need to make a chart for help finding this.  It's never as straight forward as just counting the little lights, of course.  I hope you enjoy this one. see the related web page-it's listed just under the title. Do not remove the camo from it's placement, please-try to reach the cache with a tool of some kind.
