Obelisk, delo arhitekta Jožeta Plečnika pred cerkvijo na Breznici, je posvečen žrtvam prve svetovne vojne. Izdelal ga je kamnosek Alojzij Vurnik iz Radovljice, kip sv. Krištofa na njem pa kipar Boris Kalin. Na spomeniku je vklesanih 54 imen padlih in posvetilo Franca Saleškega Finžgarja. Spomenik je bil odkrit 20. septembra leta 1931.
Monument designed by architect Jože Plečnik is in front of the church in Breznica. It is dedicated to the victims of the First World War. It was produced by stonemason Alojzij Vurnik from Radovljica, a statue of St.. Christopher on it and sculptor Boris Kalin. On the monument is carved the names of 54 killed and dedication Franc Saleški Finžgar. The monument was discovered 20th September 1931.
