I marked this spot on a backpacking trip my son's Boy Scout Troop took last September. The altitude at the top is 12633 feet above sea level. Today I noticed that the waypoint was still on my GPSR, so I decided to make it a virtual cache for those adventurous enough to make the climb. The view from the top is awesome! Make sure you sign the summit log at the top. Our summit date was 9/30/01
Please take enough water, and be prepared for mild altitude sickness symptoms.
